Haue Valley has partnered exclusively with several fantastic caterers at a variety of price points with delicious menu options.
Please note that there is no food and beverage minimum and when utilizing T's Liquor Lane for bar service, it is possible to have a lovely meal and bar for 150 guests for under $5,000 with several of our catering options (catering and bar not included in venue rental pricing.) Several of our caterers also offer a wide menu with many elevated dinner options. It's your day and we can't wait to see what you design with the help of our exclusive caterers. Haue Valley has four exclusive caterers to choose from.
There is no food and beverage minimum required by Haue Valley
There is no minimum number of guests required
There isn’t a china requirement
Most meals are buffet or stations. With a group size of 100 or less, plated meals are possible as well.
You’ll work directly with the caterer, so there is no markup by Haue Valley on your bill
Haue Valley does not take a commission on food and beverage (which would inflate your total catering bill. This is common in the wedding industry.)

A Pretty Sweet Perk Of Choosing A Friday
You have the option to add Thursday from 3:00 - 9:00 pm to your Friday rental for a $1,000 Thursday rental fee.
Decorate, rehearse, & have your rehearsal dinner onsite. If you add Thursday to a Friday rental you’re getting two days for the same investment as a Saturday.
This is a great option for many of our couples!
Weekday rentals (Non-holiday Monday - Thursday’s) are $4,250. Holiday weekends as shown on the dates page for that specific date

We require a $1m event insurance policy with Haue Valley listed as the additional insured. Approximate cost - approx. $240.
Missouri charges a 6.475% sales tax in addition to the venue rental
Pricing subject to change at any time. Your contract rate and terms will be based on the date the contract is written, not the date of the tour. (Sometimes couples tour weeks or months before they book, or before we open a future year calendar for booking. If there has been a change in rate, the contracted investment/terms will be based on the date we wrote the contract, not the date of the tour.)
Haue Valley has no hidden fees. Linens are the only thing we offer in addition to our rental fee for an additional cost. (You don’t have to get linens through us - it’s totally optional.)
