For years, Samantha and Jeff carried a dream of one day creating a retreat center—a place where people could step away from the noise, reconnect with what matters most, and experience the peace that comes from being surrounded by God’s creation. Samantha grew up riding horses, and the vision of caring for land, animals, and people has always been close to their hearts.

Lauren and Micah have a deep love for hospitality, gathering people, and creating meaningful experiences where others feel welcomed, known, and cared for. She and Micah share backgrounds in ministry and a heart to use what God has entrusted to them to serve others. 

Our journey to True South Farm happened quickly and became what we can only describe as a total God story. From the first moment we stepped onto the property, we felt an incredible peace and immediately fell in love with the land. What began as an unexpected opportunity soon became a clear “yes.”

We are deeply honored to carry on the beautiful legacy that has already been established here. Our desire is to preserve the heart of True South Farm while creating new opportunities for retreats, gatherings, celebrations, rest, and meaningful connection.

We hope that when you come to True South Farm, you will take in the rolling Tennessee hills, breathe a little deeper, slow down, and experience the restoration, relaxation, reflection, and reconnection that make this land so special.
